PUPI Production Supervisor (Weekend Days)

The PUPI Supervisor has primary responsibility for supervising team members in all aspects of PUPI production. This position is responsible in providing guidance and accountability to team safety, for accuracy in product quality and for ensuring all products are processed in an efficient manner following standard processes.  In this role you may be required to work in any area of the PUPI Department or in any other area of the plant as needed. 

Shift: Friday-Sunday 5:00AM-5:30 PM

Duties and Responsibilities 

• Reports to work prepared and on time. 

• Responsible for ensuring team member awareness and accountability in following all safety rules and procedures. 

• Responsible for PUPI product quality and accuracy for all process orders. 

• Full understanding of all PUPI processes and how each operational process impacts the other. 

• Supervise and evaluate resources to ensure productivity standards are met while reducing operational downtime. 

• Ability to engage and motivate team members though effective guidance and communication. 

• Supportive of general housekeeping and 6s standards in maintaining an orderly workstation. 

• Record necessary information on the work orders and submit daily as required. 

• Supports the Mission of the organization and adheres to all company policies. 

• Knows when to escalate concerns or issue to senior management. 

• Performs other duties as assigned. 

Job Requirements 

• High attention to detail, quality, productivity and safety required. 

• Ability to accurately count and record in production documents. 

• Able to read and write the English language. 

• Mechanically inclined and able to read a tape measure. 

• Able to work productively with minimal supervision. 

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, teamwork and problem solving skills are essential. 

• Ability to motivate and provide guidance to issues or concerns that may surface throughout the work day. 

The compensation range for this position is $53,040 – $76,960. All offers may vary based on several factors, including experience, skills, and qualifications. The posted range represents the expected earning potential for this position within the current organizational budget and market conditions.

Physical Work Conditions 

• The position is located on the production floor, Office work requires sitting at a desk, using a computer and phone. 

•  standing for up to 12 hours a day.  Work with or around power tools, loud equipment, and chemicals.  Lift up to 50 pounds. 

• While working on the floor there will be work with and around moving machinery, fumes, and chemicals.?
