Project Manager

This position oversees and coordinates all aspects of a construction project, from initiation to completion, ensuring it stays on budget, schedule, and within scope by planning, directing, and managing all activities, including collaborating with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to deliver the project on time and to quality standards.

A company truck will be provided for consistent travel in between job sites. This job will require consistent travel, up to 100% of the time

Responsibilities

• Oversee project scheduling and manage the project lifecycle to ensure timely delivery.
• Utilize project management methodologies, including PMBOK and Agile, to guide project execution.
• Negotiate contracts and manage project scope, budget, and risks effectively.
• Facilitate change management processes and supervise team members to enhance productivity.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and gather requirements to align project objectives with business goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
