Responsibilities
- Conduct geotechnical investigations and assessments for various projects.
- Perform soil sampling, laboratory testing, and field testing to evaluate subsurface conditions.
- Analyze data and prepare detailed reports on findings, including recommendations for design and construction.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure geotechnical considerations are integrated into project designs.
- Utilize software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation, and GIS for design and analysis.
- Prepare technical documentation and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations during all phases of project execution.

Skills
- E.I.T. level Geotechnical Engineer - experience preferred
- Proficient in technical writing to produce clear and concise reports.
- Utilization of geotechnical engineering concepts as they relate to projects
- Strong understanding of soil and rock mechanics
- Experience with CAD software
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical information to a diverse range of clients and contractors
- Math calculation proficiency
- Skills vary based one level of experience
