GeoYeti focuses on advanced analytics, data science, development of the applications that support such work. We seek a mid-level RF Engineer to support a client in Tysons, VA. Responsibilities
- Create RF propagation models using various software tools and methodologies.
- Apply industry best practices to assess signal behavior and environmental influences, considering factors that impact performance across different conditions.
- Ensure the veracity and validity of these models and their inputs is documented and understood by others.
- Convert RF models into standardized geospatial formats within secure environments to support analysis and decision-making.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI clearance with the required polygraph
- BS degree or higher in RF engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field
- 5 years’ experience performing RF propagation modeling
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience performing RF propagation modeling to support operational and technical initiatives
- Experience working in multidisciplinary technical and engineering teams
- Experience within the intelligence community
