What you will do
As a Consulting Manager at GEP, you will lead transformational procurement programs for facilities services, shaping strategies that drive exceptional outcomes for our clients. You will leverage your expertise in sourcing and supplier management within the facilities services domain to deliver tangible, measurable results. This role empowers you to foster innovation, lead high-impact initiatives, and inspire a collaborative, high-performance culture.
What you will do :
- Client Engagement Leadership :
Lead client engagements in facilities services procurement, including strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and procurement transformation.
Leverage diverse data sources to perform complex analyses and provide fact-based, actionable recommendations.
Deliver impactful presentations and communicate confidently with clients, including senior executives.
Identify opportunities for growth within existing engagements and support program expansion by leveraging relationships with C-suite executives.
What you should bring
Minimum 5 years in management consulting or a blend of consultancy and procurement industry experience.
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree from a top-tier institution is a strong plus.
Demonstrated leadership, with the ability to autonomously deliver impactful results.
Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
