15 years of experience in UX, product design, or user research, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing global UX teams.Strong track record of developing and executing UX strategies that drive product differentiation and business impact.Expertise in AI-driven UX enhancements, automation, and intelligent interfaces.Deep knowledge of user research methodologies, usability testing, and behavioral analytics.Extensive experience in mapping user journeys across different personas, ensuring seamless digital experiences.Strong knowledge of UX / UI design tools, including Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and InVision.Familiarity with design systems, accessibility standards, and usability heuristics.Ability to simplify complex enterprise workflows into an intuitive, user-friendly experience that maximizes efficiency and engagement.Experience working in SaaS platforms, enterprise software, or procurement and supply chain industries (preferred).Proven ability to influence C-level executives, advocating for UX investment and innovation.
