What You’ll Do:
- Engage with customers who have already expressed interest in a Subaru—no cold calling.
- Respond to internet leads, emails, and inquiries with a helpful, consultative approach.
- Make outbound follow-up calls to potential customers and set appointment times for showroom visits.
- Educate and guide customers through Subaru’s vehicle lineup, helping them find the perfect fit.
- Work with the sales and finance teams to ensure a seamless, stress-free transaction for every customer.
- Stay up to date on Subaru’s latest products, technology, and financing programs.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay range for this position: $26,000 - $28,000 (plus commission)
- Exact compensation may vary based on several factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, and education
