What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist position at Gerald Auto Group?
The ideal candidate will communicate well with all levels in an organization, enjoy problem solving, be comfortable with technology, and possess an outstanding attendance record.
Essential Functions :
- Stock in new vehicles, used car purchases, dealer trades, open repair orders, check recalls, etc.
- Maintain a cash drawer and reconcile discrepencies.
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, scanning, filing, and various other office duties.
- Order, receive and stock all supplies and refreshements.
- Understand and follow receptionist policies and procedures.
- Maintain and monitor key tracker system.
- Other duties as assigned by the management team.

Hours :
This is a full-time position. The hours are typically Monday - Friday from 7 am - 4 pm. Great for those looking to move from retail evening and weekend shifts.
Education / Experience :
High School Diploma or GED. Experience is preferred, but not required. We will offer training and support to the right candidate.
Good job references are required.
