TEMPORARY ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT POSITION
A Salem CPA firm has an opening for a full-time temporary Administrative Assistant position beginning as soon as possible. The hours for this position increase during tax season to 45 - 50 hours per week, including Saturdays, from February through April 15.
Successful candidates must:
· Show up for work on time and dress for a professional office.
· Have over two years of office experience including customer service.
· Have experience answering a multi-line phone and scheduling appointments in Outlook.
· Have experience using Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe software.
· Have reliable transportation for daily trips to the post office and occasional errands.
· Be able to type and proofread correspondence for grammatical errors.
· Be able to stand four to six hours at a time and lift up to 35 lbs.
· Maintain an alphabetical filing system.
· Follow instructions, manage time wisely, and ask questions for guidance.
