What You'll Be Doing:

• Receives orders (artwork, job specifications, purchase orders, etc.) by phone, walk-ins, or from salespersons and prepares an accurate, comprehensive job ticket.
• Prices job from quotation, standard price list, or prices using quote program if necessary.
• Maintains contact with assigned customers concerning suggestions, turnaround times, and any other matters necessary during the production process.
• Routes proofs to customers and maintains “out for proof” job tickets. Follows up with customers and salespeople to expedite timely return of proofs.
• Consults with Production on how to best set up jobs to produce and provide good value to the customer.

Your Schedule:

• Full-time, Monday to Friday, from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, with a hour lunch break. Occasional overtime may be required.
• Part time is also available for the right candidate. We will work with the candidate to form a schedule that is mutually beneficial.
