Administrative Assistant (Automotive Industry)

Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while supporting our team in day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining files.
- Assist in financial management tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and basic bookkeeping.
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to create documents, reports, and presentations as required.
- Support management in preparing and analyzing reports, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Coordinate communication between departments, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth operation.
- Handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience in the automotive industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong knowledge and experience with QuickBooks.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.50 - $20.62 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
