We are looking to expand our team by adding an additional Heavy Civil Senior Project Manager to monitor and drive
overall project performance and project outcomes. Partnering with Superintendents, Foreman, and other Project
Managers, they will be responsible for schedules, progress, submittals, as well as distributing and gathering RFI’s. This
individual must have at least 15 years experience with waste water treatment sites construction and or water tank
construction projects and proficiency creating Start Up Plans.
Position Responsibilities
• Managing specified timelines, budgets, safety, and quality control.
• Assess and develop, strategic goals, timelines, quality, and provide updates as needed.
• Risk management, distributing RFI’s, submittals, field directives, updated plans, as well as coordinating activities
between different teams.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, progress updates, input data to support Project Manager with informed
decisions.
• Oversee expense approvals, cost estimates, change orders, projections, expenses, supplier and subcontractor
invoices, monthly progress, Payments (according to the work and material upon completion/supply).
• Ensure Superintendent/Foreman receive the help, materials, RFI responses and obtaining the submittal
approvals.
• Coordinate with estimators and superintendents on the selection of Subcontractors and suppliers.
• Serve as a mentor to guide the Project Engineer’s and other Project Managers.
Required Qualifications
• 10 Years experience with Waste water treatment construction projects.
• 4-year accredited Project Management or Civil Engineering Degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience as a Construction Project Engineer, Field Engineer, or Project Superintendent.
