This part-time Mortgage Processor position will work at our Fremont, MI branch. Responsibilities include:
- Provide exceptional member service by assisting members with completing mortgage and Home Equity loan applications
- Order credit reports, flood determinations, title commitments, surveys, and appraisals
- Process and prepare underwriting packages for contract underwriting for loans sold on the secondary market
- Ensure compliance with underwriting conditions

- Excellent customer service skills and with a high degree of attention to detail
- Knowledge of state and federal law governing real estate lending desirable
- Prior processing experience preferred
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite of products
