As a Customer Service Advocate, you will:

  • Help customers secure insurance coverage by actively selling additional products to ensure they have the insurance protection their family needs! You will write new policies using our simple sales process- making it easy for you and the customer!
  • Represent Gerber Life by providing an excellent customer experience! You will utilize active listening skills to partner with the customer to understand and process their request. This will include resolving billing concerns, handling policy change requests and guiding families through the process of filing for insurance benefits and more!

Educational Requirements:

  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Must already have active Life & Health Insurance License

Additional Requirements for Work-At-Home Associates Only:

  • Must have a work-space large enough for two monitors, laptop, docking station, mouse and keyboard.
  • Must have own desk and chair
  • Must have a quiet isolated work-space free of distractions.
  • Must have high speed internet connection that once tested will meet the data and speed requirements of Gerber Life Insurance (Satellite internet providers are not eligible).
  • Must maintain a dedicated hard wired phone line.
  • Must be located in MI, WI, IN, FL, GA, NC, SC or TX for this role

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: $37,600.00 - $43,000.00 per year
