DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
During this 10-week internship, you will work on two main projects:
1. New Product Development (NPD) of Single Ply Cutter: As part of the Sourcing team, support the build of Prototype and Production machines which will include:
- Preparing and sending RFQ's
- Record and conduct Bid Analysis
- Collaborate with Engineering to resolve technical questions from Suppliers
- Track material deliveries of open PO's with suppliers
- Tracking Quality Team progress on materials received
- Communicate status of actions
2. Operational Sourcing Tasks:
- Assist with updating prices in Info records & Source Lists in SAP software
- Review and update expiring NDA's
- Review and update SAP with Commodity Codes as needed
