Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs.
- Collaborate with the sales manager to develop strategies for outbound sales and enhance customer service.
- Utilize Salesforce software to manage sales pipelines and track customer interactions.
- Conduct inbound calls and clearly articulate the promotion/resort information and benefits.
- Uphold excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during customer interactions.
