Job Title: Human Resources Director

Position Summary:
The Human Resources Director at Geremarie Corporation will serve as a strategic business leader, managing all HR functions and ensuring alignment with company objectives. This role requires a proactive, hands-on professional who can oversee benefits administration, recruitment, compliance, employee relations, performance management, and training & development. The HR Director will work closely with leadership to drive organizational excellence and maintain a strong company culture.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Benefits Administration
- Partner with Patrick Benefits Team to coordinate benefits offerings.
- Manage Alight Solution for benefits enrollment and mobile access.
- Maintain compliance and employee education on Alight Solution Mobile App for benefits access.
- Oversee SuccessFactors HRIS and ADP payroll records for accurate benefits administration.
- Manage** Fidelity 401(k) **Plans and ensure smooth operations.
- Administer Paid Time Off (PTO) policies and track accruals via **UKG **Time and Attendance along side of the company's ERP soluation Global Shop Solutions.
- Collaborate with Patrick Payroll & HRIS and Global Shop Solutions ERP for accurate payroll processing.
2. Training & Development
- Oversee Geremarie Employee Training Program through SimpleTrak Web-Based Solution.
- Identify group-level training needs and implement targeted programs.
- Conduct skills inventory analysis and personnel development plans.
- Implement and oversee exit interview processes for continuous improvement.
- Develop training programs for Quality Alerts, Work Planning Systems, and Customer Satisfaction Surveys.
- Establish a structured Leadership Development Training program for managers.
3. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage and update job descriptions in department folders and SimpleTrak.
- Administer **Factory Fix **as the standalone ATS for Geremarie.
- Oversee really, Glassdoor, and LinkedIn job postings and employer branding.
- Align ATS strategy with Patrick Industries’ **SAP **deployment.
- Ensure E-Verify compliance for new hires.
- Manage** SAP Onboarding** integration for a seamless employee experience.
- Partner with IT for** Global Shop** access and secure onboarding tools.
- Oversee** Verified First** background checks and drug screening processes.
- Implement MVR tracking for DOT compliance.
- Collaborate with Patrick Benefits Enrollment Team for seamless onboarding experience.
4. Employee Records & Compliance
- Maintain SAP Employee Profiles and ensure data integrity.
- Consolidate medical records, I-9s, leave requests, and compliance documentation.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Update and enforce company policies within the Employee Handbook.
5. Performance Management & Organizational Development
- Develop goal-setting frameworks from corporate-level strategy down to individual teams.
- Manage and optimize the Performance Review Process, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Work with Patrick Industries to determine review cycle mandates.
- Oversee Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) structure and implement automation.
- Conduct manager training sessions on performance evaluations and leadership development.
- Drive succession planning initiatives to support long-term company growth.
6. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on workforce planning, change management, and culture initiatives.
- Counsel managers and employees on policy adherence, conflict resolution, and workplace best practices.
- Execute employee relations programs to foster a positive work culture.
- Organize company events and engagement activities to drive morale.
- Develop strategies to enhance employee retention and satisfaction.
- Ensure off-shift HR availability for 2nd and 3rd shift employees.
7. Safety & Risk Management
Serve as Geremarie’s Safety & Risk Management Officer.
Administer all-things safetgy related through** DoneSafe** online solution through the Safety Team at Patrick Industries.
Collaborate with Safety Committee to ensure OSHA compliance.
Partner with Workers’ Compensation insurers to manage claims.
Conduct safety training and risk assessments to mitigate workplace hazards.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7-10 years of progressive HR leadership experience.
- Expertise in employment law, compliance, and regulatory policies.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS, payroll systems, and ATS platforms.
- Strong organizational development, change management, and strategic planning skills.
- Ability to effectively partner with executive leadership and department managers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and HR technology solutions.
- Experience managing benefits administration, employee relations, and talent acquisition.
- Strong background in performance management and leadership development.
- Experience overseeing training and development programs.
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Ability to speak Spanish
- Knowledge of Global Shop ERP and **UKG **Time & Attendance systems.
- Certification in PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP.
