Outlet Center & E-Commerce Coordinator
Location: Gerhard’s Appliance – King of Prussia Location (600 S Henderson Rd, KOP 19406)

Are you detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about helping customers find great deals? Gerhard’s Appliance is looking for an Outlet Center & E-Commerce Coordinator to manage our online and physical outlet center, ensuring our customers have access to the best deals on open-box, scratch-and-dent, and clearance appliances while also working closely with our Marketing and Sales teams on various project-based work.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Manage Website Outlet Inventory: Keep our online outlet center up to date by adding new models, removing sold items, and maintaining accurate stock availability.
✅ Promotional Package Management: Add appliance package deals during promotional periods and ensure all manufacturer rebates are current.
✅ Collaborate with Marketing & Sales: Work closely with our marketing and sales teams to optimize positioning and increase sales.
✅ Expand Sales Channels: Research and implement additional ways to sell overstock, open-box and scratch-and-dent appliances.
✅ Maintain the Physical Outlet Center: Take high-quality product photos and update listings to reflect available inventory while ensuring the showroom is properly staged and ready to sell

What We’re Looking For:
🔹 Strong attention to detail and ability to manage inventory updates in real time
🔹 Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and website management (or willingness to learn)
🔹 A team player who can collaborate with marketing and sales teams
🔹 Experience in retail, sales, or marketing is a plus
🔹 Comfort working in a warehouse/outlet environment to capture product images and assess inventory
