Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately explain the concerns to the technicians
- Provide recommendations for necessary repairs and services
- Create detailed repair orders and communicate with technicians
- Schedule appointments and manage service timelines
- Coordinate with parts department to ensure timely delivery of necessary parts
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Maintain an acceptable level of customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer relations role is preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in using computer systems and software for record keeping
