Position Summary:
Geri Reilly Real Estate is searching for a full-time Closing Coordinator. This individual will be responsible for managing the administrative and logistical aspects of real estate transactions from contract to closing. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, agents, lenders, and attorneys to ensure a smooth and timely closing process. This role is perfect for those with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work in a team driven fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transaction Management: Oversee the entire closing process, ensuring all deadlines and contractual obligations are met.
- Document Coordination: Prepare, review, and distribute transaction documents, including contracts, addenda, disclosures, and closing statements.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, real estate agents, lenders, attorneys, and title companies to facilitate a seamless transaction process.
- Deadline Tracking: Monitor and track critical dates, such as inspection periods, financing contingencies, and closing deadlines.
- Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve issues that may arise during the closing process to avoid delays.
- Compliance: Ensure all transactions comply with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized transaction files in compliance with brokerage requirements.
- Client Support: Provide clients with updates and guidance throughout the closing process, answering questions and addressing concerns as needed.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of real estate transaction processes, contracts, and closing procedures preferred
- Proficiency in transaction management software (e.g., Dotloop, or similar) and office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently, collaborate, and take feedback
- Positive attitude and detail oriented with ability to multitask, stay organized, and take initiative
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
