Job Duties & Responsibilities:
The LTC Network Operations Associate will support the network department and report directly to the Director of GeriMed’s Long-Term Care Network. Responsible for the enrollment, account management, and analysis of all current and future pharmacy clients.

Shift Requirements: M-F, 8:30AM-5:00PM
Travel Requirements: Minimal
Location: GeriMed Headquarters, Louisville, KY and remote – hybrid schedule

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
The LTC Network Operations Associate will support the network department and report directly to the Director of GeriMed’s Long-Term Care Network. Responsible for the enrollment, account management, and analysis of all current and future pharmacy clients.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Initial intake and review of new pharmacy applications.
- Assisting pharmacies in updating their provider profiles on NCPDP website.
- Submitting completed paperwork to PBMs and ensuring it is completed in a timely fashion.
- Providing billing guidance and plan rates upon receipt of signed contract.
- Documenting all client related tasks in client database (Halo).
- Customer interaction and follow-up to ensure onboarding process is 100% complete.
- Customer support on claims processing issues.
- Assistance on claim analytics and reporting findings back to customers and escalation to PBMs.
- Assist with credentialing to ensure network integrity. This involves maintaining multiple excel spreadsheets as well as ensuring all credentials are up to date and valid on NCPDP database. Also involves checking licenses against OIG exclusions list and state boards of pharmacy website.
- 1-3 years of high-level customer service and account management.
- Excellent communication (phone) and business writing ability (email).
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Excel.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks on daily basis.
- Ability to complete tasks with limited supervision.
- Solid initiative and a willingness to go above and beyond for customers.
- Excellent teamwork skills and a willingness to perform tasks outside of normal job requirements if needed.
- Experience in working with pharmacy networks or healthcare position, such as pharmacy technician preferred
