Our facility is in operation Monday to Friday from 4:00am to 6:00pm and the typical maintenance week is scheduled for 40 hours. Your responsibilities would be to ensure equipment and facilities are in good repair and are running efficiently at all times. This will include, but not be limited to: troubleshooting electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and other systems. You will be regularly updating work orders and asset records in our Brightly asset management system and using it to determine preventative maintenance schedules on many company assets.
Skill Summary: Each level skill includes the preceding levels.
- Level 1 – Able to perform basic facility maintenance including minor equipment maintenance and install. Includes minor plumbing, HVAC items like filters, vehicle oil changes, etc.
- Level 2 – Millwright, including hydraulic and electrical knowledge. The ability to tear down and repair most mechanical equipment.
