What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Greeter - Lexus of Easton position at Germain Automotive?
Germain Lexus of Easton is looking for a full-time Service Greeter! Working hours for the position will be Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. and mandatory Saturdays 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. with Tuesday and Sunday off.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet incoming customers and assist them out of their vehicles.
- Provide service advisors with customer information when they arrive.
- Assist and transferring customer belonging between vehicles.
- Keep service drive area clean and stocked with supplies.
- Shuttle service customer as needed.
- Pull service vehicles around during pick up.
- Take out trash.
- Check and adjust tire pressures.
- Help customers with vehicle concerns.
