Responsibilities :
- Work directly with team members and customers to develop enriching relationships that enhance client satisfaction and fuel the sales process.
- Build rapport among customers to establish strong network of clientele and prospects.
- Provide training and support to sales staff and assist in closing deals.
- Facilitate regular sales training for continue team growth.
- Demonstrate leadership by setting a clear vision and goals for the sales team to achieve targeted performance in new and used vehicle sales and profit.
- Engage and motivate the team to achieve key goals, performance expectations and best practice processes.
- Drive business through a high-level of involvement in day-to-day operations.
- Manage the negotiation process with sales team members ensuring that customers understand their vehicle purchase options and pricing.
- Partner with General Manager and / or General Sales Manager to plan and manage new and used vehicle inventory.
- Analyze business metrics to determine shortfalls and implement action plans to elevate performance.
