Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Answer phone calls promptly, providing information and assistance as needed.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Assist service customers with reviewing repair orders, loaner vehicles and payments.
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience required
- Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
- Prompt and courteous demeanor focused on customer satisfaction
- Positive and hardworking personality
