As the Automotive Service Drive Sales Specialist, you will engage with service customers, offer complimentary trade evaluations, and present opportunities for upgrading to new or pre-owned vehicles. This is a full-time position that combines excellent customer service with sales skills to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership performance.
- Greet and engage with service customers to establish rapport and build trust.
- Identify opportunities to upgrade customers into new or pre-owned vehicles that better suit their needs.
- Provide complimentary trade evaluations, explaining the value of their current vehicle.
- Educate customers on available financing options, promotions, and vehicle features.
- Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure seamless customer transitions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and potential leads in the dealership CRM system.
- Stay up to date on the latest vehicle models, market trends, and dealership inventory.
- Consistently deliver exceptional customer service to create a positive dealership experience.
