18-$22 per hour based on experience

Responsibilities :

  • Administer weekly payroll / monthly commissions along with applicable reporting
  • Accounting / bookkeeping journal entries for payroll
  • Facilitate the employee onboarding process
  • Ongoing support for any questions regarding benefits / pay
  • Assist office staff with various projects
  • Qualifications :

  • Previous experience
  • Ability to maintain company and employee confidentiality
  • Must be well-organized, detail-oriented and multi-tasking skills
  • Team player who is also able to work well independently
  • Excellent communicator with strong written, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Able to communicate easily with associates and others and act as a Company ambassador
