As the Director of First Impressions , you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service while contributing to the growth and success of the dealership.

Responsibilities :

Warmly answers the phones, creating a positive and professional first impression.

Guide guests to various departments within the dealership, answer questions clearly, and address any concerns with empathy and knowledge.

Handle administrative tasks with efficiency and accuracy.

Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area, fostering a positive environment for guests.

Qualifications :

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building rapport and exceeding guests’ expectations.

Positive and friendly demeanor with a genuine passion for customer service.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new technologies.
