Requirements:
- Handle all aspects of building maintenance and repairs
- Complete repairs in a timely fashion while keeping a clean work environment
- Working within a budget
- Act as a liaison between the management team and outside vendors
- Must have experience with electrical and carpentry work
- Clean driving record
