Job Title: Customer Service Specialist
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the first friendly person that greets clients and assists them with their banking needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Face-to-face interaction with clients in the branch location to manage a cash drawer, assist clients and team members, uncover needs, and educate clients on German American products and services.
- Verify account information, perform loan and deposit transactions, and guide clients when they are unsure where to go next through friendly, meaningful conversations.
Requirements:
- Maintain confidentiality, listen closely to understand, and identify opportunities to better serve the customer, building and strengthening long-lasting relationships.
