Financial Consultant
We are seeking a financial professional to provide exceptional customer service in our Investments Division.
About the Role
You will work closely with clients to understand their financial needs and recommend investment strategies and products to meet their goals. Your expertise in financial markets will enable you to effectively communicate complex information to clients.
Daily Responsibilities
- You will spend time face-to-face with clients, explaining and selling a range of investment products.
- You will be responsible for opening and maintaining client accounts, processing customer requests, and initiating and confirming client orders.
Team Environment
You will be part of the Investments team with a well-established customer base. You will work closely with fellow advisors, sales assistants, and management daily. Collaboration across business lines with banking and wealth advisory teams is also expected to serve all client financial needs.
Requirements
- FINRA registrations (Series 7 and 63/65, or 66 securities licenses, life and health insurance license)
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance, or equivalent work experience
- Ability to: communicate effectively (written and verbally), maintain confidentiality, work with speed and accuracy, grasp technical information quickly, and work independently and as a team member.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
