Minimum Qualifications

Current dental hygienist license in WI and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (as required).

Comprehensive knowledge of dental procedures, dental hygiene practices, patient history documentation, and screenings.

CPR Certification.

Preferred Experience

Experience with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital x-rays, and electronic medical records.

Motivation to learn and develop clinical skills to provide effective preventative care.

Willingness to meet clinical needs as required by the office.

Open to both new graduates and experienced hygienists.

Physical Requirements

Ability to fulfill essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

Capability to sit and stand for extended periods.

Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds.

Willingness to attend virtual or in-person training sessions throughout the year.

In compliance with our safety standards, a tuberculosis (TB) test is mandatory for all new hires in dental office positions, arranged during the pre-employment process.
