Job Description
We seek a full-time or part-time Licensed Hygienist to join Germantown Dental Care.
This integral team member will provide exceptional lifetime care to patients, offering them the time and care they need, deserve, and desire.
The ideal candidate possesses a current dental hygienist license in WI, an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (as required), and excellent knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation.
They will work with state-of-the-art technology and modern office equipment, including Dentrix, iTero, Arestin, Velscope, Curodont, and Dental AI. Mentor training is available, as well as CE/CPR coverage.

Preferred Experience:
- Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems
- Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health
- Clinical needs as required by the office
- Open to new grads or experienced hygienists
Physical Requirements:

- Prolonged periods sitting and standing
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
- Availability to attend virtual training sessions periodically throughout the year
- Tuberculosis test required for all new hires in dental office positions
