GermBlast Service Supervisor
Job Overview:
GermBlast is a company on a mission to eradicate illness and infection from the environment. We partner with businesses, healthcare facilities, schools, homes and more to help stop the spread of infection and illness in the communities that we serve.
GermBlast Field Service Supervisors are our frontline team leaders. We are seeking professional, motivated individuals that are coachable and punctual. The ideal candidate is seeking a full-time opportunity and must be available to work an average of 30-40 hours per week. Management experience is preferred.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Lead teams of service technicians
- Work under time constraints to meet specific timelines
- Operate state of the art technology and equipment
- Demonstrate an understanding of safety principles and practices; follow all safety policies and procedures to support a safe working environment
- Report equipment, chemical, and supply conditions
Qualifications:
- Professionalism
- Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills
- Punctuality
- Commitment to excellence, customer service and working with integrity
- Biology and microbiology background a plus but not required
- Schedule flexibility
- Valid and clean driver's license
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
Physical Demands:
- Frequent lifting from 5-40 lbs, unassisted
- Occasional lifting from 41 lbs , assisted
- Access and mobility in tight spaces
- Fit Testing – half face mask yearly
- Sustained periods of standing, sitting, walking, bending, and kneeling
