Responsibilites
- Oversee blood and plasma testing, implement cutting-edge lab technologies, and ensure high-quality results.
- Develop and drive initiatives to improve lab operations, leveraging LIMS and data analytics for decision-making.
- Ensure adherence to FDA, CLIA, GMP, CAP, AABB, ISO, and EU standards while maintaining top-quality control.
- Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-saving strategies to optimize efficiency.
- Build strong relationships, address client feedback
- Lead crisis management, anticipate challenges, and implement strategic solutions to improve performance.
- Use analytics to evaluate operations, identify improvements, and drive results.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement aligned with company values.
- Maintain rigorous quality control, manage risks, and ensure ongoing staff education.
- Utilize Lean Six Sigma to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and oversee Infectious Disease and Donor Testing.
