Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the preparation of all financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and tax returns, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Develop and implement financial models to support business growth initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial expertise and insights on strategic initiatives, including ROI analysis.
- Evaluate and prioritize capital expenditures, providing recommendations to executive leadership.
- Respond to ad-hoc requests for financial analysis, delivering timely and accurate information.
Requirements:
- MBA or Masters in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- 10 years of experience in a high-level finance role, with 7 years leading a team.
- Experience with a CDMO preferred.
