- Document findings, including master batch records, reports, and technical recommendations.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience (10 years) in commercial soft gel manufacturing.
- Familiarity with continuous drying processes for industrial applications.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills under pressure.
- Leadership experience in tech transfer and formulation optimization.
