What You’ll Do:
- Innovate & Design: Transform customer needs into real-world solutions through calculation and 3D modeling (SolidEdge, AutoCAD, etc.).
- Troubleshoot: Become a hero by assisting production teams and solving design challenges on the fly.
- Collaborate & Create: Develop and review component and product designs with a team of like-minded experts.
- Organize & Execute: Maintain assembly Bills of Materials (BOMs), operating procedures, and standards to keep things running smoothly.
- Lead & Support: Assist internal and external customers from concept to completion, ensuring we meet our targets for time, cost, and performance.
What You’ll Bring:
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering (BS) and 0-6 years of experience – whether you’re just starting or a seasoned pro, we’ve got room for you to grow!
- Proficiency in 2D and 3D design using SolidEdge, AutoCAD, or similar software.
- A knack for problem-solving with a sharp eye for detail – you're the one who spots things others miss!
- Team spirit and a drive to smash goals together.
- Strong organizational and process skills to keep things efficient and on point.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience with HVAC, plumbing systems, or sheet metal fabrication (we love hands-on problem solvers!).
- Familiarity with standard fasteners, strength of materials, and construction/assembly methods.
