Looking for experienced cleaner to join a team thats cleaning a Powerhouse and Maintenance Building. Cleaning will take place Monday, Wednesday and Fridays. The Powerhouse needs to be cleaned while occupied between 9am and 4pm. The Maintenance building is cleaned after hours between 4pm and 6am.
Duties:
- Perform routine cleaning tasks in assigned areas, such as offices, restrooms, and common areas
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Clean and sanitize restroom fixtures and replenish supplies
- Dust furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors
- Maintain cleanliness of entryways and common areas
Requirements:
- Previous experience in commercial or industrial cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of custodial practices and procedures
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, and carpet cleaners
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects as needed
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes
- Good communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors
