YOUR ROLE IN CREATING GERONIMOMENTS
In this role, you'll be a key part of our team, ensuring that every guest leaves with a lasting impression. Your voice matters here-use it to build the future, make an impact, and continuously improve the guest experience.
As the Club Concierge & Communications Associate, you are responsible for effectively performing essential administrative tasks in support of our ever-growing golf and social club. This position will lead all department's marketing efforts, designing and working with GHG Marketing team to ensure high quality marketing pieces are used in club communications. Support is needed with membership programs, membership communications, marketing purchases and invoicing, etc.
WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE
- Follow and perform standard operation procedures for each department.
- Lead each department's marketing and promotional efforts.
- Design and / or work with GHG Marketing Department to produce and manage various programs.
- Create and maintain social events on Member Central.
- Order marketing pieces as needed; manage those invoices by coding and submitting to accounting in a timely fashion.
- Accept member payments on account.
- Input new member information.
- Send event confirmations and manage these registrations.
- Record and manage daily dining reservations / pool reservations.
- Welcome members and guests.
- Answer phone calls / questions and transfer / take messages as needed.
- During lunch hours, seat reservations and walk-ins.
- Provide a warm thank you when members / guests depart.
- Understand and be able to communicate all programs offered by the club.
- Answer prospective membership questions and schedule prospective membership tours.
