As the Room Attendant, you will ensure the cleanliness of the hotel's guest rooms and public spaces. The Room Attendant's role is an important one as you will contribute to the unique experience for each of our guests, every day.
What Your Day Will Look Like
- Acknowledge and greet guests in public spaces with a warm, friendly greeting
- Review daily inventory of rooms, arrivals, and departures
- Review daily inventory of supplies needed to complete the assignments for the day
- Clean guest rooms including dusting, vacuuming, changing bed linens, cleaning bathrooms, kitchen area, lobby, and common areas
- Perform quality cleaning to meet required standards within set time limits
- Pick up ground litter around hotel or whatever visible
- May perform similar duties as requested by team leader
Requirements
WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED
- You have a High school diploma or equivalent
- You have prior housekeeping and customer service experience
- You have strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- You are regularly able to stand, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms
- You are able to walk frequently
- You are frequently able to sit, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, talk or hear, and taste or smell
- You are able to frequently lift and/or move up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds
MANDATORY REQUIREMENT
- U.S. Work Authorization (required).
