Key Responsibilities
O365 Administration:
- Manage and support O365 services (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange).
- Administer user accounts, licenses, and permissions within O365.
- Ensure security, compliance, and optimal performance of all O365 tools.
- Analyze current software requirements to choose the best cloud platform and determine what should stay onsite versus what should migrate to the cloud.
- Implement cloud security protocols, backup solutions, and disaster recovery plans.
- Integrate cloud-based collaboration tools with other services and applications.
- Manage onsite infrastructure, including networking equipment, servers, and storage solutions.
- Ensure seamless integration between onsite systems and cloud-based platforms (hybrid environment).
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to onsite infrastructure affecting global collaboration tools.
- Work with the IT Global team to align collaboration tools with business needs.
- Provide user support and training for O365 tools.
- Update and support AD infrastructure.
- Maintain documentation for system configurations, troubleshooting guides, and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system efficiency and streamline collaboration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3-5 years in O365 administration and cloud infrastructure management
- Proficient with O365 services (Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
- Familiar with hybrid environments and cloud-on-prem integration
- Experience with network security protocols, firewalls, and VPNs
- Scripting experience (PowerShell, Python, or similar)
