Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with SMEs to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training content.
- Develop detailed instructional plans for online training courses and blended learning solutions.
- Create interactive and multimedia learning content, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and communicate project issues to managers.
- Manage multiple training projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Adult Learning, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in instructional design or training development.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and course development platforms.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with multimedia content creation tools, including video and graphic design.
- Knowledge of AI tools for content development.
- Experience designing leadership and organizational training solutions.
- Bilingual in Spanish & English a plus!
