Duties

- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct cold calling to generate leads and expand the customer base.
- Negotiate terms of sale and financing options with customers to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory management and sales activities using relevant software tools.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance in retail sales.
- Stay informed about the latest automotive trends, features, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
Experience
- Proven experience in sales management or a related field is preferred.
- Strong background in customer service with a track record of building relationships.
- Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies, particularly in the automotive sector.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly.
