This is a full-time hourly position with a schedule of 40 – 50 hours per week. Flexibility is essential as you'll work a mix of shifts to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional guest experiences.
As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be a key leader in the restaurant, overseeing front-of-house operations and ensuring every shift meets our high standards. You will manage scheduling, conduct pre-shift briefings, and guide your team to deliver top-notch service. You'll handle reservations and customer inquiries, assist in resolving guest concerns, and ensure the restaurant's ambiance meets expectations. Behind the scenes, you will monitor inventory, prepare reports, and contribute to achieving sales targets through effective local store marketing efforts. Your role will also include training and coaching staff, conducting performance evaluations, and fostering a positive and professional work environment.

THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2 years of experience as FOH/BOH Assistant Manager in a restaurant
- A basic proficiency in Tagalog or Spanish is a plus
- Being knowledgeable about Filipino cuisine is preferred
