YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR RESTAURANT ASSISTANT BRANCH MANAGER
As a Restaurant Assistant Branch Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our front-of-house operations. Each day, you'll lead the team by managing shift schedules, conducting briefings, and providing regular feedback to staff to ensure a seamless dining experience for every guest. You will oversee reservations and customer inquiries, handle occasional complaints with professionalism, and maintain an inviting ambiance. Behind the scenes, you'll prepare reports, manage inventory, and coordinate with your team to meet sales goals. From ensuring staff adherence to QSCH standards to brainstorming marketing initiatives, your day will be full of exciting challenges and rewarding accomplishments.
Here's what we need from you:
- 2 years of experience as FOH/BOH Assistant Branch Manager in a restaurant
Being knowledgeable about Filipino cuisine is a huge plus. At least 2 years as a FOH/BOH Restaurant Manager is also ideal but not required.
