The Role
We're seeking an ambitious Assistant for our Talent Department to support a Partner. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience at a mainstream talent agency or management company. This opportunity is perfect for someone with meticulous attention to detail and solid desk experience supporting an executive in the entertainment industry.
Responsibilities
- Contact key players across the entertainment industry.
- Roll calls, provide administrative and client support, including reviewing materials.
- Generate and schedule auditions, as well as coordinate with casting directors, managers, and publicists.
- Manage calendars, expense reports, and travel coordination.
- Draft email correspondence, send submissions, and track incoming/outgoing materials.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required.
Required Skills
- Pursue a career as a talent agent.
- Show a strong interest in the film and TV landscape, including key players and industry news.
- Experience providing script coverage, with a keen eye for quality.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and expectations.
- Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, with a strong work ethic and consistent follow-through.
- Ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion.
- Work well in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
