About the Position
The Account Executive is responsible for locating, signing up, training, and soliciting mortgage loans from mortgage brokers, mortgage bankers, banks, and credit unions.

Essential Functions
- Develops, builds, and maintains long-term relationships with brokers, banks, and credit unions
- Makes routine sales calls on wholesale / correspondent customer base to solicit loan volume and maintain a robust pipeline continually
- Ensures successful onboarding of new business relationships
- Obtains all required loan documents and financial statements from prospective brokers, banks, and credit unions and sends for customer approval
- Works closely with processing and underwriting to ensure fast turnaround time and quality of underwriting of customers' loans
- Works closely with mortgage closers to ensure smooth, accurate, and high-quality loan closings
- Continually monitors the performance of accounts in the pipeline and provides expert customer service
