Reporting to the Senior Vice President Enterprise Data, the Director, Data Integrations will be an evangelist and change agent to drive GLG’s modernization and digital transformation. This individual will partner closely with senior stakeholders to set a vision and collaborate with our Engineering team to pioneer and implement best-in-class tools, strategies & processes to foster a high-growth, scalable, data driven organization.

Specific Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for enterprise data integration, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and driving data-driven decision-making.
• Team Management : Lead, mentor, and manage a team of data integration specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• System Integration Oversight : Oversee the design, development, and implementation of data integration processes and solutions, ensuring seamless integration of internal and external systems.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Partner with cross-functional teams, including IT, analytics, and business units, to understand data needs and deliver scalable and efficient integration solutions.
• Quality Assurance and Compliance : Establish and enforce data integration best practices, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Compensation

GLG is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Actual compensation is based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. Certain roles may also be eligible for incentive compensation.

The anticipated hiring base salary range for this role is :

146,600 — $200,000 USD
