Outdoor Living - Sales Associate

As the flowers bloom this Spring, we’re looking for a motivated Outdoor Living Sales Associates to help our customers find exactly what they need to make their outdoor spaces flourish! This role is perfect for someone who loves working with people, has great communication skills, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

This is a seasonal position, lasting through the Spring with a likely end date of September 1st - an ideal opportunity to contribute to a busy and exciting season!

This seasonal FT/PT position is seeking candidates that are able to work 3 shifts a week, 4-6 hours (daytime & evening hours) at a time and weekends. Opportunity to work Full Time all year around is possible.

What You’ll Do:

• Create a welcoming and easy-to-navigate shopping environment where customers feel inspired and confident in their purchases.
• Assist customers in finding the perfect products based on their wants and needs, while offering helpful recommendations along the way.
• Keep the store and yard neat, organized, and safe for both staff and guests.
• Process sales using the POS system, including cashiering, input of orders, and tracking deliveries.
• Ensure all products are accurately priced and well-displayed with clear signage.
• Continue learning about the products to provide the best customer experience.
• Work well independently, resolve problems, and contribute to a team effort to meet sales goals.

What You’ll Need:

• A positive, customer-first attitude with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and an ability to learn new technology quickly.
• A high attention to detail and ability to stay organized.
• The ability to upsell and meet sales goals while creating a memorable customer experience.
• The flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, in an outdoor setting and in various weather conditions.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
